It depends on what math you are trying to learn, and how you want to learn it. These ones are all great resources, and are all free to use. Khan Academy is fine for high school level math subjects taught at a very manageable pace, but sometimes it can be way slow. This is video based. Wikipedia, is great if you can read set and logic notations, and want a resource that just gets to the point. This is text based.
