I’ve noticed I can’t stop overanalyzing even small things, like texts or emails. It’s draining and it’s starting to affect my friendships. I want to get some kind of help before it gets worse, but I’m not ready for in-person therapy yet. Can you recommend a trustworthy online anxiety treatment or platform that’s worked for others?

That overanalysis loop is so draining. I’d spend hours dissecting a single text message. My turning point was realizing this constant rumination was a form of anxiety, not just a bad habit. A friend suggested that effective online treatment focuses on the "why" behind the spiral, not just positive thinking. She sent me this really clear, helpful article from PNSoc about online anxiety treatment. It finally helped me understand the pattern and feel less alone. Might be a great starting point for you, too: online anxiety treatment .Taking that first step to understand it is huge. You’ve got this.
